Specific terms for office space rentals will be outlined in a separate rental agreement. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, individual rental agreements.
4. Use of Services
You agree to:

- Respect other tenants and maintain a professional environment
- Comply with building rules and regulations
- Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
5. Payment Terms
- Rental fees are due as specified in your rental agreement
- Payments must be made in Canadian dollars
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment
- All fees are subject to applicable GST and PST
6. Cancellation and Termination
By You:
- Cancellation terms are specified in your rental agreement
- Notice requirements vary based on rental type
- Refunds are subject to the terms of your specific agreement
By Us:
- We may terminate services for breach of these Terms
- We may terminate for non-payment
- We reserve the right to refuse service
7. Liability and Disclaimers
Services Provided “As Is”: Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norplex Business Centre shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Personal injury or property damage on the premises
- Interruption of services due to circumstances beyond our control
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for:
- Your personal belongings and equipment
- Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
- Backup of your data and documents
- Compliance with all applicable laws
8. Property and Security
- Norplex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property
- You must secure your office space when not in use
- Building access may be monitored by security systems
- We reserve the right to access your space for maintenance or emergencies
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Norplex Business Centre and protected by copyright laws.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
